Our client, a key player in traditional real estate development, wished to reflect on how to integrate buyer co-design by proposing an internalized offer.

CHALLENGE

An ambitious project that requires rethinking the entire “lifeline” of a real estate transaction, estimating its impact at each key stage, and finally, identifying how existing resources and solutions can be integrated into this offer, and remarketed in a logic of co-design.
